Chris is currently Deputy Director (Academic Services) at the University of Northampton after many years in Business librarianship.  He is a National Teaching Fellow and Fellow of CILIP and has presented widely on librarians as teachers.  He co-author (with Jo Webb)Teaching Information Skills: theory and practice, Facet 2004.

Integrating information literacy into the curriculum is not just about your content.  To be successful you need to approach the negotiation with a clear understanding of what all parties need, want and think about IL, libraries and librarians.  This workshop will explore prejudices and problems in the integration process.
