Programme Director - Ian Snowley

Ian Snowley (BA MBA FCLIP) is Head of Higher Education at The British Library, and has previously worked in University, Health/Medical Libraries, the Civil Service and Public Libraries.

Ian is particularly interested in the application of management techniques in the information profession, and has been a regular attendee at previous Umbrella conferences at Manchester and Hatfield. Ian is Immediate Past President of CILIP.
