Isobel
has been the Programme Manager for 2012 at MLA since 2007. She leads
Stories of the World (one of the major projects of the Cultural
Olympiad) as well as a range of other 2012 projects. Isobel worked
in archive development roles for MLA and MLA London since 2003,
and established the Action for Archives programme.
Libraries
and the Cultural Olympiad 2012
MLA's
vision for 2012 is that libraries, museums and archives will help
ensure that the 2012 Games are an inclusive event. We hope to support
libraries to become involved in the Cultural Olympiad, to make best
use of our unique network of services to provide a wide range of
opportunities for different types of people.
