John Quinn

John Quinn is the Chief Knowledge Officer at the Department for Children Schools and Families. He is responsible for Information and Records Management, Collaborative Working, Web Development and the Library. John has worked in the education sector since 1994 holding previous roles in the Department as Head of the Public Enquiry Unit, IT Project Manager, Business Account Manager and Chief Librarian.
