Lynda Bowler

Lynda Bowler joined Devon Libraries in 1983. She first worked in support services and moved into the exciting world of ICT in the 90s! Lynda believes everyone should be a library member and is now working to increasing libraries fan-base through good use of ICT, web and social media.

M@x – clay-nine captures imaginations
In 2004 Devon Libraries embarked on a new adventure - to develop a character that would encourage children (7-12) to interact with the service via the website. This session will look at the project from initial concept through to how it continues to be effective in attracting children to interact with libraries.
